zben7 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the zben7 platform. By registering an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the zben7 platform and all its services. zben7 is an online betting and casino platform that provides entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. Accessing or using the platform constitutes your agreement to these Terms.

The terms and conditions of zben7 form a legal agreement between the user and the platform. Although these Terms may be interpreted in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version shall prevail in the event of a dispute.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the zben7 platform and contact our support team.

zben7 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be taken as your acceptance of those changes.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria must be met to open an account and use services on zben7:

  • The user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
  • The user must hold a valid national identity card or passport.
  • Each user may operate only one account.
  • The user must have full mental and legal capacity.
  • Operating an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person is prohibited.
zben7 strictly prohibits gambling by minors. If a minor is identified, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

zben7 may request necessary documents at any time for age verification. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on zben7, the user must provide accurate and complete personal information. zben7 reserves the right to cancel any account registered with false or incomplete information.

  • Full name (as per national identity card)
  • Correct date of birth
  • Active mobile number
  • Valid email address
  • A strong password

3.2 Account Security

It is your own responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, you must inform our support team immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

zben7 may conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process when required. This process may involve requesting copies of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC is completed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on zben7 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). This limit applies to each payment method. The following methods may be used to make a deposit:

  • Upay
  • Bank Transfer

Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be flagged as suspicious.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Successfully verified requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.

Standard withdrawal processing time: 5-30 minutes. After submitting a withdrawal request, the user will receive a confirmation message.

4.3 Transaction Verification

zben7 reserves the right to verify any transaction. In accordance with anti-money laundering policies, suspicious transactions may be temporarily held for investigation. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users on zben7 may receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
  • Deposit ৳14,000 or more → maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total ৳24,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager 10 times the total bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms — please read the details before accepting an offer.
  • Taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • If bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be forfeited and the account may be closed.
  • zben7 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
  • VIP program benefits (Bronze, Silver, Gold) are governed by separate terms.

Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

zben7 offers sports betting, casino games, slots, and other betting services. Each game or market has its own specific rules. It is the user's responsibility to understand the relevant rules.

  • A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • zben7 reserves the right to correct any incorrect odds issued due to a technical error.
  • If match-fixing or manipulation is suspected, the relevant bet may be voided.
  • In live betting, if the connection is lost, the bet remains valid.

6.2 Result Determination

Sports betting results are determined based on the official announcements of the relevant international sports governing bodies (such as ICC, FIFA, and BPL authorities). Casino game results are determined through certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.3 Bet Limits

zben7 sets minimum and maximum bet limits for various markets and games. These limits are subject to change and may vary according to the user's account level. VIP members may benefit from higher bet limits.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zben7 platform:

  • Opening or operating multiple accounts.
  • Registering using a false or fake identity.
  • Abusing bonuses or using fraudulent strategies.
  • Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
  • Placing bets using automated bots or software.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
  • Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.
  • Misconduct or threatening behavior toward zben7 staff.
  • Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

A user may request to voluntarily close their account at any time. To do so, contact zben7 via 24/7 live chat or email at [email protected]. There may be a wait for any pending bets to be settled before the account is closed.

8.2 Suspension by zben7

zben7 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms
  • Failure of KYC verification or suspicious information
  • Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Security risk or technical issue
  • At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

8.3 Remaining Balance

If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, zben7 reserves the right to forfeit the remaining balance and bonuses. In the case of voluntary closure or suspension for an innocent reason, any valid remaining balance will be returned.

Responsible Gaming

  • Service interruptions due to technical errors or maintenance.
  • Financial losses arising from a user's betting decisions.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics, etc.).

Under no circumstances will zben7's maximum liability exceed the total amount deposited by the relevant user in the last 30 days.
